个人简介

侯亚义,南京大学教授/博导。获南京大学理学学士和硕士学位,日本东京大学博士学位。曾在东京大学从事博士后研究和美国密西根大学医学院作为访问学者。探索了炎症微环境中髓系免疫细胞调控肿瘤/自身免疫病发生发展的分子机制,发现髓源抑制性细胞(mdscs)的异常扩增发生在狼疮的早期及其对t细胞等的调控作用;分析了树突状细胞(dcs)及间充质干细胞(mscs)在自身免疫病中的作用,发现mscs产生的外泌体与其母细胞对于缓解炎症性及免疫性疾病的作用类似;研究了肿瘤免疫逃逸机制,建立了一些靶向治疗肿瘤的方法;评价了一些中药成分对小鼠疾病模型的免疫调节及纤维化缓解的效果。主持和参与过国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、国家科技部重点研发计划课题、国家科技重大专项、国家科技支撑计划重大项目、江苏省卫生厅“兴卫工程”等项目。发表国内外论文280余篇,其中sci收录论文220余篇;获授权国家专利5件。
