guoqiang wan received his bsc in 2004 and ph.d. in 2011 from the national university of singapore. he completed his postdoctoral training with dr. gabriel corfas, first at harvard medical school/boston children's hospital from 2011-2014, and then at the university of michigan from 2014-2016. in july 2016, he joined the model animal research center, medical school of nanjing university as a principal investigator. his research focuses on the genetics, development, and regeneration of inner ear sensory cells, as well as the application of cochlear organoids for basic and translational auditory research.
